Something To Ponder Today……….Many people in ministry want man to give them Titles. They need a Title in front of their name to feel validated and some denominations may even think that giving a person a title gives them an anointing.  I dare say that after 18 years in ministry the best title that you will ever get will be given to you by the Lord himself.  Why do I say that, you ask? Because man can be manipulative and fickle.  There are times man will give you a title with selfish motives,  And other times man will want to take the title away because you did not live up to their expectations. When the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit give you a title it comes with Authority and Anointing.  Your calling is irrevocable. God never takes it back. As you walk out the consecration and sanctification process the Anointing and Authority will increase and it will be evident.  It may bother some folks because there is something about you and they can’t quite put their finger on it.  Yes, Satan will use anyone including the Brethren to try and put you in your place and make you think all those prophetic words and all that training God has put you through mean nothing, but if you are mature and certain that God has spoken, you will refuse to take offense and continue walking “humbly” in the Title that no man can take away.

For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable. Romans 11:29

Something To Ponder Today………..There are many believers that wonder why it is other people get promoted in the Kingdom but they seem to be in the same place year after year.  One of the main reasons is because they have a rebellious heart. The reason why Saul lost his anointing to be the King of Israel was because he had a rebellious heart. 1 Samuel 15 :23 states “For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, He also has rejected you from being king.”  

When God sends you to a church or a Ministry, He sends you so that you can be a blessing to the “Set Man and Woman”  of the house. That means pray for them and help in anyway that God ordains. When you begin to think that you know better than they do, that is a sign that you are operating in Rebellion.  Rebellion is dangerous. It will keep you from your God given calling.  And it will unleash every demonic thing in your life because rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft.  Your family relationships, your finances and your calling will be affected when you allow rebellion to take root in your heart. A great Leader is a great follower. A great leader understands that God is a God of order.  He understands Protocol because He designed it.  There is nothing established or created in the natural that God did not think of first.  He is indeed the creator of all things.

Ask God today if there is any Rebellion in you and then give him permission to come with His Holy Spirit Scalpel and cut it out. You will be freeing yourself of every evil work and you will clear the path for you to come into your God given destiny. Be very careful of stubbornness it is a brother to Rebellion.  A great leader is always asking the Lord to search his/her heart and remove all that hinders him/her and displeases the Lord.

Something to Ponder today….Many attend churches because they want to receive something, For those with a call to a fivefold office it can be a difficult thing to find the right church. Most churches don’t operate in the original way Jesus designed the church to operate as outlined in Ephesians 4:11&12 so you will always feel like a fish out of water. The key is to let God guide you to the right place. Not for what you can receive but for what you can give. When you are a true leader and have been given the keys by God, there will be plenty who attend the church that need ministry and you will be able to be used of God to minister and increase His kingdom.  There is no need to have a title in the church when God has already given you one. The gifts of God are irrevocable but the calling is a choice. You must pay the price. There will be suffering, mistreatment and betrayal but it is all part of the making of the Apostle, Prophet, evangelist, Pastor and Teacher.  How you react to the training will make the difference. God will not fully release you,  until you learn to truly love the Bride and pray for those who hurt you.  Gods word is true and he is coming back for a church without spot or blemish.  That means a church who has broken away from the Constantine model and gone back to the Jesus model.

Beloved, To whom much is given, much is required. Luke 12:48

When God is trying to do a new thing in your life you maybe tempted to go back to the old thing that you new worked. Doing this will only prolong your time in the wilderness. Learn to let the Lord lead you into new things even if there is pain involved. For those of you who have a call to the fivefold office, pain is inevitable.  God is going to take you through a time of dying. There are stages of dying.  When you first come to Christ there is a dying to your old self, But after you have walked with him for a while the real dying begins.  In order to walk in a fivefold office you will have to die to your own vision for your life. This is the hardest thing you will ever do. Going back to what you used to know will just take you around the mountain one more time.  Each time around the mountain seems more painful and with it is more discouragement.

Let me encourage you today to surrender to the work of the Holy Spirit in your life and stop looking back. There is absolutely nothing there for you. If God himself allowed that thing to come to an end it is  because He is trying to do a new thing in your life. Save yourself the grief and embrace it,

There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death. Prov 14.21

God is looking for a people that understand that he cares more about relationships than he cares about church growth or our fancy positions. He is looking for us to have a kingdom mind set. Two of the biggest keys to us occupying and taking dominion is Humility and Love. If you are truly humble you will refuse to get offended and if you truly love you will not offend. We all want to see Gods Kingdom come so lets lay out before the Father and allow him to change us from the inside out.  Let him teach you how to do relationships. Let him teach you to trust again and not be afraid to be hurt. People will no doubt disappoint you. God even allows it so that He can mature you. It is Gods desire to send revival on the land. But He is really waiting for His people that are called by His name to line up with him and do it His way.

My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message,  that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.  I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one—  I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me. John 17:20-23
